How To Avoid Interference Generated During Motor Operation

Electric motor products are used in many mechanical equipment, and if sensors are encountered in practical applications, it can be troublesome. Are there any good solutions to the interference caused by the two devices, which can affect the normal operation of the equipment? Let's all come up with ideas together.
For example, when installing a motor in detection equipment, it is common to encounter phenomena such as inability to measure or blurred oscilloscope waveforms, which are caused by interference generated by the motor during the rotation of the sensor. Therefore, during the operation of the device, interference signals will be transmitted into the sensor, allowing the sensor to receive both the signal transmitted by the detection product and the interference signal, resulting in the occurrence of these adverse phenomena.
To solve this problem, the induction signal generated when the discharge motor is powered on is uploaded from the metal shell to the sensor. As long as the motor and sensor are insulated and connected, the signal received by the sensor can detect the signal transmitted by the product. The problems mentioned above have been improved.
