When the motor is running, there is also a certain temperature, and the normal operation of the equipment can be judged from the temperature of the motor. Of course, the temperature calibration of the motor needs to be maintained within a certain range. What is the way to measure the temperature of the motor?
The commonly used methods for measuring motor temperature include thermometer method, resistance method, buried thermometer method, and superposition method, each with its own characteristics during operation. The thermometer method is to use a thermometer to directly measure the motor. Although it is the simplest, the temperature measured is mostly the surface temperature, and the internal temperature of the motor cannot be obtained.
The value measured by the resistance method is usually the average temperature of the motor winding; The buried temperature gauge method requires preparation during the assembly of the motor. By embedding the temperature gauge in various positions, it is possible to measure the hottest temperature of the motor. The superposition method needs to be carried out without interrupting the alternating load current. A weak DC current is added to the load current to measure the DC resistance temperature of the winding.
