Working Principle

 

MILL AC motors work based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the stator winding of the motor is connected to an AC power supply, a rotating magnetic field is generated. The rotating magnetic field induces an electromotive force and current in the rotor winding. According to Ampere's law, the current-carrying rotor conductor generates a force in the magnetic field, causing the rotor to rotate. The rotation of the rotor drives the mill to perform grinding and other operations.

2. Bearing maintenance: MILL AC motor bearings are prone to wear. The bearing lubrication should be checked regularly and the lubricating oil or grease should be replaced in time. If there is abnormal noise or vibration in the bearing, it should be checked and replaced in time.
