1. Accurate motion control
Electronic cam function: The flying shear motor usually has a built-in electronic cam function, which can realize complex motion control. Through the electronic cam curve planning, the speed and position of the flying shear motor at different stages can be accurately controlled.
S-type speed curve: During the shearing process, the use of S-type speed curve (such as S-type pseudo-sine curve) can effectively reduce mechanical impact and improve shearing accuracy.
2. High-precision feedback system
Encoder feedback: Use a high-precision encoder to feedback the actual position and speed of the shear blade to ensure the accuracy of the shearing process.
Real-time monitoring and adjustment: The speed and position of the material are monitored in real time through the PLC control system, and the operating parameters of the flying shear motor are dynamically adjusted according to these data.
3. Optimized shearing parameters
Blade gap adjustment: Ensure that the gap between the upper and lower shear blades is accurate, generally controlled between 0.2 and 0.3mm.
Shear length compensation: After changing the roller or the working conditions change, the shear length compensation value is automatically adjusted to ensure the accuracy of the shear length.
4. Reduce mechanical shock and vibration
S-shaped speed curve: The use of S-shaped speed curve can effectively reduce mechanical shock and improve shearing accuracy.
High-precision servo drive: Use high-performance servo drives, such as the DSV110 flying shear dedicated servo drive, which supports a variety of encoder types and has high torque dynamic response.
5. Environmental and equipment maintenance
Temperature control: Ensure that the working environment temperature is within the appropriate range, and add heating or cooling devices when necessary.
Regular maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the shear blade, encoder and motor to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
