4. Maintain the motor control system
Regularly maintain the control system of the motor, including checking whether the wiring is loose, cleaning dust, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the control system.
5. Check grounding

10. Good operating environment control
Keep the operating environment temperature of the motor within the appropriate range, strengthen ventilation and heat dissipation, install cooling devices and other measures to reduce the temperature around the motor. 11. Start and stop control
Avoid frequent starting and stopping of the motor, because frequent starting will cause the motor winding to bear a large current shock, resulting in heating of the winding and accelerated insulation aging. When the motor stops, the correct shutdown method should be used to avoid sudden power failures and other situations that cause shocks to the motor.
12. Load control
Ensure that the motor operates within the rated load range to avoid long-term overload operation. At the same time, avoid the motor running at a low load rate for a long time. The motor load rate can be improved by optimizing the production process and adjusting the load reasonably.
13. Long-term idle maintenance
When the high-speed motor is idle for a long time, it should be powered on regularly, especially in the rainy weather with relatively high humidity. At the same time, it should be kept dry to effectively extend its life.
