What are the common Rolling Mill Motor failures and solutions?

1. Motor overheating
Reasons: overload operation, poor heat dissipation, winding short circuit, power supply voltage is too high or too low.
Solutions: Check the load and reduce the load; clean the heat dissipation channel of the motor; check the winding, repair or replace the short-circuited part; adjust the power supply voltage to the normal range.
2. Excessive motor vibration
Reasons: loose motor anchor bolts, unbalanced rotor, worn bearings, improper coupling installation.
Solutions: Tighten the anchor bolts; perform dynamic balance correction on the rotor; replace worn bearings; reinstall the coupling correctly.
3. Abnormal motor noise
Reasons: bearing failure, stator-rotor friction, fan failure, electromagnetic noise.
Solutions: Replace damaged bearings; adjust the stator-rotor gap; repair or replace the fan; check electromagnetic components, such as windings, cores, etc., and repair or replace them accordingly.
4. Unstable motor speed
