What tools are needed for the daily maintenance of Centrifugal compressor Motor?

1. Temperature gun
Used to quickly measure the temperature of the motor surface and key parts to determine whether there is overheating.
2. Vibration detector
Detect the vibration amplitude and frequency of the motor to evaluate its running stability.
3. Megaohmmeter
Measure the insulation resistance of the motor and check the insulation condition.
4. Clamp ammeter
Measure the working current of the motor to determine whether the motor is overloaded or has abnormal current.
5. Wrenches and screwdrivers
Wrenches (adjustable wrenches, socket wrenches, etc.) and screwdrivers (cross, flat, etc.) of various specifications are used to tighten bolts and disassemble parts.
6. Puller
Disassemble the pulley or coupling of the motor and other parts.
7. Grease gun
Add grease to the bearings of the motor.
8. Cleaning tools
Such as brushes, compressed air spray guns, rags, etc., are used to clean dust and debris on the surface and inside of the motor.
9. Flashlight
Convenient for checking the inside of the motor in low-light environments.
10. Marking pen
Mark the disassembled parts for correct installation.
11. Level
Check the levelness of the motor installation.
