1. Optimize motor design
Increase effective materials: Reduce winding loss and iron loss by increasing the amount of copper and aluminum in the stator and rotor.
Increase slot fill rate: Optimize the design of stator slots and rotor slots, increase the conductor cross-sectional area, thereby reducing resistance and loss.
Use high-performance materials: Use high-grade silicon steel sheets to reduce iron loss, and use cast copper or copper bar rotors to reduce rotor copper loss.
2. Reduce losses
Reduce stator copper loss: Reduce winding resistance by increasing the wire diameter.
Reduce rotor conductor loss: Optimize the rotor casting process, reduce the gas in the rotor bars, and improve conductivity.
Reduce mechanical loss: Select high-quality bearings and set lubrication intervals reasonably to reduce friction loss.
3. Optimize operating parameters
Adjust the operating voltage: Within the design allowable range, appropriately increasing the operating voltage can significantly reduce copper loss.
Use frequency conversion technology: Automatically adjust the motor speed and power output according to load changes to avoid energy waste.
4. Improve the cooling system
Optimize the cooling design: Rationally design the motor frame structure and cooling channel to ensure that the heat can be quickly dissipated.
Enhance the fan efficiency: Optimize the fan design, increase the air volume, and reduce noise and vibration.
5. Intelligent control
Intelligent monitoring system: By installing sensors and monitoring equipment, the motor's operating status is monitored in real time to ensure that the motor always operates in the best state.
Precise control: Use advanced control strategies such as vector control and direct torque control to achieve precise control of the motor torque and speed.
6. System integration optimization
Multi-motor linkage control: In a multi-motor system, coordinated operation is achieved through linkage control to improve overall efficiency.
Energy feedback system: In scenarios where frequent braking is required, an energy feedback system is used to achieve energy recycling.
7. Maintenance and care
Regular inspection and cleaning: Keep the motor clean, regularly check the wiring and fasteners, and ensure that the motor is in good condition.
Lubrication management: Regularly add or replace grease to the bearings to reduce losses caused by friction.
