Maintenance and care of Heavy Duty AC Motor

1. Keep clean: Regularly remove dust and dirt from the motor housing and air inlet to ensure good heat dissipation.
2. Check wiring and fasteners: Check whether the motor terminals are loose and ensure that all fixing screws (such as anchor screws, end cover screws) are tightened.
3. Lubrication management: Regularly add or replace grease for bearings, usually once every 2000 to 4000 hours of operation.
4. Check bearings: Regularly check the wear of bearings and replace them in time if abnormalities are found.
5. Insulation performance test: Regularly measure the insulation resistance of the motor to ensure that it is within the safe range.
6. Operating parameter monitoring: Continuously monitor the operating temperature, vibration amplitude and sound characteristics of the motor to detect and handle abnormalities in time.
