1. Correct selection
Choose a motor with appropriate power, speed and protection level according to actual load requirements, working environment and other factors.
For example, in a high dust environment, a motor with a higher protection level should be selected.
2. Regular inspection
Develop a detailed inspection plan, including checking the motor's temperature, vibration, sound, current and other parameters.
Perform a comprehensive inspection at least once a week.
3. Cleaning and heat dissipation
Keep the motor's surroundings clean to prevent debris from clogging the vents.
Regularly clean dust and dirt on the motor housing and heat sink.
4. Good installation and alignment
Ensure that the motor is firmly installed, level, and well aligned with the load equipment.
Improper installation may cause increased motor vibration and premature bearing wear.
5. Standard operation
Operators should follow the correct starting, stopping and operating procedures to avoid frequent starting and stopping and overload operation.
6. Regular maintenance and maintenance
Perform maintenance at the specified time intervals, including bearing lubrication, insulation testing, wiring tightening, etc.
