1. Appearance inspection
Regularly check whether the motor housing is damaged, deformed, corroded, etc.
Check whether the junction box is well sealed and whether there are signs of moisture or water ingress.
2. Temperature monitoring
Use tools such as infrared thermometers to regularly measure the temperature of the motor housing, bearings and other parts to ensure that it does not exceed the allowable temperature range.
For example, if the temperature of the motor housing is found to be abnormally high, the machine should be stopped for inspection in time.
3. Vibration monitoring
Use a vibration detector to monitor the vibration of the motor and determine whether there is abnormal vibration.
If the vibration exceeds the normal range, it may be caused by bearing wear, rotor imbalance, etc., which need to be handled in time.
4. Cleaning and ventilation
Remove dust and debris from the surface of the motor, keep the air duct unobstructed, and ensure good heat dissipation.
Prevent dust accumulation from affecting the heat dissipation effect of the motor.
5. Lubrication maintenance
Lubricate the bearings according to the specified time intervals and requirements, and check the quality and quantity of the grease.
If the grease is found to be deteriorated or insufficient, it should be replaced or replenished in time.
6. Wiring inspection
Regularly check the motor terminals to ensure that the wiring is firm and there is no looseness or overheating.
At the same time, check whether the cable sheath is damaged or aged.
7. Insulation detection
Measure the insulation resistance of the motor with a megohmmeter regularly to ensure good insulation performance.
If the insulation resistance decreases, find the cause and deal with it.
8. Sound monitoring
Monitor whether the motor has abnormal noise during operation, such as friction sound, impact sound, etc.
Abnormal sound may indicate component failure.
9. Current monitoring
Pay attention to the running current of the motor, which should not exceed the rated current to avoid overload operation.
10. Regular tightening
Check whether the motor's anchor bolts, end cover bolts, etc. are tightened.
